Anti Sonic character Fetish Abuse

Surely you've seen it, be it in your searches on DA or looking through certain galleries? Deviations that revolve around some Sonic character being morphed to suit an artists' fetishes be it Mpreg, inflation, vore, other such fetishy shit? Said art not even being behind a mature filter or even kept private? The remarkable frequency of it and the fact I see it without even looking for it makes me want to buy a cheese grater, submerge it in industrial-strength brain bleach and scrub my mind of the vile images.

Makes you feel sick doesn't it that these delightful, cartoony, child-friendly characters are mutilated in art or fanfiction to satiate a fetish and that too frequently, entire galleries REVOLVE around portraying the characters like that? Makes you wonder if these "fans" even view the characters as being anything more than tools to satisfy their fetish(es) rather than as anything else
